The Oceanfront Modern Lodge is a recently renovated, modern oasis with incredible views of the coast. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can sleep 14! Every room is stylishly decorated and cozy, with two wood-burning fireplaces! There is the perfect amount of space to have space and lovely gathering spaces when you want to be together. There are windows all around with breathtaking views of the ocean and Neahkahnie Mountain. There is a great room, and dining area for 10, a game room with a second HD TV area, and a small library. The deck has stunning Oregon Beach views and the yard has a private fire pit where you can gather around a wood campfire.
The Historic Reed House is one of the original turn-of-the-century cottages on Manzanita Beach. While the original charm remains, we have updated the Reed House with modern details. This home is large and spacious but manages to maintain the most wonderful cozy feeling as a result of its rustic and modern design. It has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, an incredible cooks kitchen, a great room, 180º Oregon Beach views and dining area for 14, an entertainment and media room, a pool table room, ping pong area, a third HD TV area, and a small library. Plus, it has a huge deck spanning the front of the house and along the side of the house covering a full lot. It also has a private fire pit for plenty of marshmallow roasting.
